Quality Initiatives At ValueVison

Quality is the way of life at ValueVision Technologies. We stick to stringent quality standards at each and every process of Product development life cycle.   We follow a standard process for defining, measuring, managing and improving product quality processes and ultimately, product quality.

We use SixSigma as process improvement tool through which we are able to focus on customer requirements, process alignment, analytical rigor, and timely execution. For improving existing processes we use DMAIC(Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology and when a need for new process is felt we use DMADV(Define, Measure, Analyze,Design,Verification).

Software Quality Optimization (SQO) is the approach to software quality that connects all quality stakeholders to improve software quality and performance. First, it brings discipline and structure to the testing process to foster repeatable, reusable quality assets. Second, it promotes communication and collaboration between organizations across the application lifecycle, bringing a more holistic approach to quality initiatives. Lastly, SQO fosters alignment of quality priorities with business goals.

We give utmost importance to quality. Our Product development life cycle fosters continuous improvement as the standard operating procedure. Nowadays software cycles are compressed and  companies are pressured to deliver the impossible: defect-free products within an ever-shrinking timeframe. Quality efforts are the most time-consuming, costly and labor-intensive aspect of product development, representing as much as 60 percent of the total cost of development, according to Gartner.
